Toddlers who say "yuck" to foreign foods are racist, says UK government
The National Children's Bureau, a British government-sponsored organization, released a 366-page guide on recognizing racist behavior in toddlers. The guide says to be aware of and condemn racist incidents such as toddlers "react[ing] negatively to a culinary tradition other than their own by saying 'yuck.''
Now when did not liking particular foods make someone a racist?
Perhaps the people who released this report do not have children and have failed to realize that all toddlers say "yuck" to foods when presented with something unfamiliar.
Every toddler I have met thinks that most foods are 'yucky'. When my sister was a kid, she only ate something like 5 different kinds of food: cereal, peanut butter & jelly, chicken, hamburger, green beans & peas. Ans she is the the furthest thing from a racist.
