FGLSW Day 3
Today was Day 3 of my self developed motivational program called Fatty's Gonna Lose Some Weight.
Wednesday and Thurday, I had a calorie intake of right around 1300 calories and spent 30 minutes on the treadmill doing one of the weight loss programs. It was basically walking 1.5 miles at an average speed of 3 mph.
Today was the same with the exception of not working out on the treadmill. I had a long day at work, got home late and just wanted to just eat dinner and watch tv.
I am going to work out tomorrow morning, take a shower, go to my monthly pedicure (and I decided to treat myself to a manicure),do ??????? for the rest of the afternoon then we have tickets to go see Billy Joel at the MGM at 8 P.M. (Hooray).
Oh, I suppose I should go buy a scale at Target tomorrow so I can see if I am losing any weight.

However, I feel great and I have a goal to accomplish (not look hideous in a bridesmaid dress) to keep me motivated.
anyhow, 1500-1600 is a great range to be in - much better than the 1300. i am so happy for you to do this and to have a goal. the more you lose, the better you feel, the better you feel, the more you will want to lose. i was thinking of starting a health and nutrition blog, since its one of my hobbies (that i spend an extraordinary amount of time doing/reading/exercising). maybe we should write it together - would you be interested?
A health and nutrition blog you say? Mmmm.... Sounds interesting and fun. What sort of stuff would you like to include? Let me know. I might not have tons of time to devote to it, but It might be fun and I might learn something too. : )
